Mettalicity impex believes that once a contract is made with any customer, we strongly believe in following the true spirit regarding the quality of the product, packing, delivery timing, or any other specific requirements of the importer.

PRICES

Prices will remain same for one year, after which they might bear a change depending upon the general price increase of steel. Product prices are revised according to raw material and craftsmanship at the end of the year.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY

We require a minimum order of US$100 to process a delivery & can do large scale productions.

PAYMENT TERMS

We require an advance payment of 50% of the face value of the total order. The rest of the payment shall be made before the delivery, during which the customer is open to examining/check their delivered items. All goods remain property of Mettalicity impex until paid in full.

OTHER CHARGES

Freight and shipping charges may be added depending on the nature of delivery unless otherwise stated.

COMPLAINS & CLAIM

A great deal of effort is made on packing your order with great care, please inspect the Shipped products thoroughly for any loss or damage immediately after receiving and file claim(if any) with the forwarding agent. Concealed loss or damage must be reported within 3 days after receiving.
